1. The non-refundable deposit of R500 confirms your booking. The balance is to be paid to the photographer on or before the wedding day (Cash Only - No Cheques Accepted) Payment of the non-refundable deposit confirms that you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions listed below.

2. Maximum hours of Golden Garter Package is 6 consecutive hours (1 hour before ceremony, 1 hour for ceremony, 2 hours for photos [including traveling time] and 2 hours for reception). Thereafter, R350 per hour).

3. Hourly rate of R350 per hour after hours of the package

4. Maximum time worked of any package is 24h00

5. Seating for 1 is required at the reception (upon request, seating for 2 is required)

6. Once deposit has been paid, R500.00 will be charged if the date is changed, provided I am not already booked for your new date. This may only be done up to 6 months or longer before the booked date (for cancellations/postponements with in six months, please note terms 18 and 19).

7. Unless otherwise arranged, please allow up to 4 weeks for editing (May take up to 6 weeks during December holidays, as CanD B Photography is closed for all shoots (except weddings.) The reason for this is that each photo is edited, and checked to be of the best quality once done).

8. Travelling Costs: First 50km free (both ways) outside of Table View, thereafter R3.00 per kilometer for any extra traveling (to be paid when collecting your Prints)

9. Over longer distances, accommodation for 2 may be required (depending on the time of the wedding and venue etc).

11. Brides that are more than a half hour later than the time agreed upon for the ceremony will be charged for the extra hour (unless there is a valid reason).

12. Engagement shoots are allocated 1 hour only. Please be punctual for the shoot, as there are often other clients booked directly after eachother. Late arrival time will be deducted from the total time, and "no-shows"/cancellations less than 12 hours in advance will forfeit the engagement shoot.

13. Engagement shoots must be used before the wedding day, and may, under no circumstances, be "swopped" for time on the wedding day.

14. For beach engagement shoots - there will only be 1 postponement allowed for bad weather conditions, thereafter shoots will be done in the studio, unless otherwise agreed to by the photographer.

15. Engagement shoots can be done (by appointment only) any time during the week before 6pm, and on Sunday mornings between 10 and 12 before the wedding day (not Saturdays). These slots get booked up approximately 2 months before the time, so please be sure to call long enough in advance to book.

16. Clients wanting to choose their 150 prints must please place their order within 2 months after they have received their high res CD of photos (after 2 months CanD B Photography will choose and print the 150 photos).

17. Prices of coffetable/storybooks may change for weddings booked for 2010 and after.

18. Although every possible precaution is taken with photos and equipment, Candice of CanD B Photography, and her associates / assistants, will not be held responsible for theft or data loss due to technical or other failure whatsoever. In such a case, a negotiation will take place with the couple for a "re-shoot" of the post ceremony photos (which will be done free of charge) to match as closely as possible to the photos done on the actual day.

Please Note - Weddings Cancelled / Postponed within 6 months of the date are liable to paythe price half of the cost of the Golden Garter Package if there have been other  enquiries made for about the same time..

Weddings Cancelled / Postponed within 3 months of the Booked Date are liable for Full Payment of the Golden Garter Package Cost
